Aneth Kasebele


Aneth is an international development specialist with a focus on inclusive finance policies and ecosystem development in emerging markets with BFA. At BFA, Aneth’s work centers around creating an enabling regulatory and supervisory environment for digital financial services (DFS) by equipping the financial authorities with the analytical tools and data infrastructures needed to supervise DFS providers confidently. She currently manages the groundbreaking RegTech for Regulators Accelerator (R2A) program and the innovative payment systems data stack project that use new technologies and data available to financial authorities to re-engineer how they supervise and regulate markets, and interface with citizens.

Before BFA, Aneth worked as a consultant with Deloitte Consulting Limited in East Africa and Analysis Group, Inc. in Boston. During these years, Aneth served public and private sectors clients across multiple sectors including financial services, telecommunications, and healthcare. Aneth holds a Master in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) from Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wesleyan University in Connecticut.
