Anne is an Associate in Customer Insights. Previously, she was a Research Field Manager at Digital Divide Data where some of her responsibilities included defining expected results and using performance indicators and other processes/systems to monitor and track project completions, ensuring that research protocols were followed, and supervising field teams. She was the first staff member to join Kenya Financial Diaries project and is deeply steeped in the stories and histories of the respondents. Anne has six years’ experience in social and market research working in several other local research firms. She holds an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from Makerere University. She has a passion for consumer protection issues, which she’s written about in this blog.
