Ruben is a Qualitative UX Researcher at BFA. His work focuses on helping create and design products and features embedded in the needs and goals of users. Before joining BFA, Ruben worked as a Research Consultant with Corpovisionarios in Bogota, Colombia. He’s also worked in the United Kingdom, Tanzania, and Argentina on issues ranging from natural disaster insurance to efficient cookstoves and pico solar lighting. Ruben holds a Master of Science in Risk Analysis from King’s College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology and Geography from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), where he developed a passion for Swahili. He also speaks English, German, French, and Spanish fluently.
