Communications & Influence Manager

Joyce is the Communications and Influence Manager at BFA Global. She has over seven years of experience as a strategic communications and development professional in the media, fintech and food security sectors. Prior to joining BFA Global, Joyce hosted Full Circle with Joyce, a 2-hour, live, TV talk show every weekday. She was previously with FSD Kenya as their Communications Manager, where she launched the FSD Kenya Annual Lecture on Financial Inclusion. She also led the rebranding of FSD Kenya's corporate brand image and developed and implemented a new strategic communications strategy to position FSD as a thought leader in financial inclusion.

Joyce was a 2019 Goalkeeper under the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. She is also an award-winning Gospel singer/songwriter and founder of EPIC Women - a movement helping young African women navigate life, relationships and culture. Joyce has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Integrated International Studies from Knox College in Galesburg, IL, USA and holds a Master of Science in International Development from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, USA.
