Lila McCain

Lila is BFA Global’s Head of Talent & Culture. A global Human Resources leader with over 15 years of experience, Lila has deep expertise in all areas of the talent life cycle including performance management and HR systems. Lila works collaboratively to develop and execute on talent strategy to create an inclusive, diverse and respectful culture. With a keen eye for efficiency, her strategy ensures HR systems work to improve business performance.

Prior to BFA, Lila worked as Global Director of Human Resources for an agricultural fintech with projects focused in Latin America and sub-Saharan Africa. Her versatility comes from her varied professional experience with startups to large public companies, including global experience in Thailand and Costa Rica.

Lila grew up in Peru and is fluent in Spanish. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Management from Boston College and an MBA in International Business and Marketing from PACE University in NY. She resides in the Boston area.
