Head of Human Resources & Operations

Rebecca comes to BFA Global with over 25 years of combined HR operations and legal experience, where she leads a global team in reinforcing company culture, creating employee engagement and development programs, and execution of talent management strategies in alignment with BFA Global’s achievement of business goals and objectives. She is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including but not limited to supporting employee development; enhancing job satisfaction; structuring benefit packages; designing accountability mechanisms; and, overseeing overall employment needs.

Having worked with management consulting firms, law firms, and nonprofit organizations (including being a co-founder of her breast cancer charity, PINK Revolution), Rebecca’s experience allows her to make a valuable contribution to the sophisticated and complex global operational needs required to perpetuate the broader social impact mission of BFA Global. She has her BA in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
