BFA Global delivered on three key areas of work in order to build consensus across the Financial Sector Deepening Network (FSD Network) on their future country-led programs and operational structure. We facilitated assessment of strategic real-economy and financial sector domain options for the FSD Network toward which their programming with orientate starting in 2020. We also created a framework for evaluating opportunities for shared services functions to drive operational efficiencies across the 11 FSDs. In addition, we led the FSD CEOs through various options for an efficient governance structure and ultimately reached a level of consensus across the FSD Network. The project improved the overall effectiveness of the FSD Network in their delivery of programming during the 2021-2026 period.
