Our geographical expansion has a clear philosophy underpinning it. We establish offices in locations where we identify talent who can add new skills and experience. Our intention is to purposely assign employees to work on projects around the world so that they gain knowledge and perspective beyond their home regions. Our team spans multiple regions from Nairobi to New Delhi, to Paris and Medellin to Boston. We work together to create a more equitable and sustainable world.
