From the invisible to the measurable: How Acreimetrics transformed profitability management at Acreimex
Acreimex, a savings and credit cooperative operating across multiple states in Mexico, faced a common but critical challenge: the lack of a clear, consistent, and accessible way to measure product-level profitability. While data existed across reports and systems, it was fragmented and difficult to translate into actionable insights.
Through the FinnSalud initiative, BFA Global supported the development of Acreimetrics, an integrated dashboard that consolidates financial, transactional, and operational data into a single, user-friendly tool. This approach makes previously invisible costs and performance drivers visible at a granular level, enabling institutions to better understand their products, make informed decisions, and design more effective, data-driven interventions.
