Tools for Institutions

Our team developed various tools to enable financial institutions to define their current situation and plan for resilience. All tools are customizable

CIMA is a measurement tool developed by BFA Global that enables financial institutions, non-profits, and other organizations in Mexico to measure and enhance their customers’ financial health through improved product offerings. What makes CIMA unique is that it presents an approach that has not been introduced before, allowing any company or institution to become aware of its employees’ financial health. This groundbreaking development enables companies to learn about their employees’ financial health and provide tailored, useful tools to enhance their well-being. With CIMA, companies can take a proactive approach to improving the financial health of their employees, which can lead to a more productive and engaged workforce.

How does it work?

Multiple institutions worldwide have found that measuring the financial health of their clients, employees and beneficiaries generates better results for their businesses, increases work productivity, and allows them to offer financial services that are more appropriate to the needs of their clients.

CIMA has three types of templates aimed at: human talent teams that want to measure their employees, financial service providers that want to measure their clients, or NGOs or government institutions that want to measure the impact of their programs on the beneficiary people.

Our measurement tool can be deployed in minutes and integrated into your product at no cost:

Create a survey

Create your first survey with our default templates and customize it according to your needs.

Publish it

Send the survey to the people who make up your target population. People will answer 12 simple questions about managing their finances. At the end of the survey, you will receive a score from 1 to 10 and recommendations to improve your financial health.

Access the data

Use the data collected and visualize relevant metrics to better inform your retention strategies, make decisions about your products and services, or design actions aimed at your target population.
