Our goal is to navigate various challenges and explore the following crucial objectives related to financial health (FH).

Determine the most successful strategies to collect FH data
Determine what taking an organization from monitoring transactional data to distilling insights entail
Identify the specific departments within organizations that require additional support to overcome change management obstacles
Explore optimal pathways to enhance FH among clients
Evaluate FH strategy impact on customer lifetime value (CLV) and retention
Determine minimum investment for introducing a FH lens

Ecosystem-building and Collaboration

In addition to our research and exploration, we will convene relevant stakeholders under the ecosystem-building component to discuss the challenges and insights of adopting a FH lens by institutions. We will develop and regularly convene a FH learning community to share insights, challenges, and opportunities for working toward FH. Various stakeholders will integrate this community, including policymakers and regulators, different types of financial service providers (grass-top and grassroots), other industry players and practitioners, and private sector actors.
