FinnSalud exploratory phase infographic (English and Spanish)

The exploratory phase of the FinnSalud project developed a financial health measurement framework comprising four elements: day-to-day management, resilience, opportunity, and control. Through an iterative process involving qualitative research as wells as statistical, profitability, and digitization analyses with two savings and credit cooperatives, we explored ways in which financial service providers could improve their product offerings to enhance their customers’ financial health sustainably. These lessons informed the subsequent three-year FinnSalud project.
