Senior Director, Global Advisory & Partnerships

About us

BFA Global is an impact innovation firm that combines research, advisory, venture building, and investment expertise to build a more inclusive, equitable, and resilient future for underserved people and the planet. We partner with leading public, private and philanthropic organizations, global and local, to catalyze innovation ecosystems for impact across emerging markets.

About the Role

The Senior Director, Global Advisory & Partnerships is a critical strategic leadership role responsible for expanding BFA Global’s advisory footprint, strengthening global partnerships, and driving the development of multi-country initiatives and integrated solution bundles. Sitting above regional structures, the role enhances the organization’s ability to pursue global opportunities, ensure coherence across practices, and deliver high-quality advisory and venture-building work at scale.

Working closely with the Managing Director, the Senior Director will lead the advancement of BFA Global’s global strategy; cultivate and grow high-value partnerships with DFIs, multilaterals, impact investors, philanthropies, and other strategic actors; and spearhead the design of large, multi-year, multi-country programs. The role will also guide the evolution and operationalization of BFA’s product and solution strategy, ensuring advisory delivery excellence, consistent quality assurance, and the development of scalable offerings aligned with market needs.

In addition, the Senior Director will expand BFA Global’s engagement with impact investors and catalytic capital providers, while supporting internal alignment, change management, and the adoption of new ways of working to strengthen integration across teams and regions.
