About the Role
The HR Operations Senior Associate plays a key role in delivering smooth, efficient, and compliant HR operations across BFA Global. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and requires strong ownership of processes, systems, and employee experience. You will support global teams while ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Service Delivery
- Manage day-to-day HR administration including contracts, letters, onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and ensure quality and compliance
- Process monthly payroll inputs, support benefits administration, and maintain employee records
- Track timesheet accuracy, coordinate with Finance, and manage submissions
- Support leave, attendance, and policy adherence across global teams
Recruitment Operations
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics (postings, scheduling, candidate communication, tracking)
- Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain standardized templates for JDs, offers, and documentation
- Support employer branding and talent pipeline activities as needed
Employee Experience & Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries across regions
- Coordinate onboarding logistics (IT setup, induction, documentation, welcome packs)
- Support employee engagement activities, internal comms, and events
- Track probation reviews, performance check-ins, and mandatory trainings
Compliance & Policies
- Support compliance with employment laws and internal policies across operating countries
- Maintain updated HR policies, checklists, and documentation
- Assist with contract renewals, visa/work permit documentation, and global compliance processes
Systems, Tools & Process Improvement
- Manage HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll interfaces)
- Identify and implement improvements to workflows, checklists, and SOPs
HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards (headcount, joiners/leavers, recruitment, compliance)
- Maintain trackers: leave, recruitment, contracts, timesheets, HR risks
- Provide ad-hoc reports for leadership and Finance
Key Competencies

- Comfortable working across global teams and time zones
- Tech-savvy (HRIS, ATS, Airtable/Sheets, automation tools, etc.)
Experience & Qualifications
- 5–6 years in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or People Services roles.
- Experience in a global or multi-country context preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and data accuracy.
Anticipated Start Date: Immediate
Preferred location: India
Candidates must have work permits for their location. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
