Alfredo is a senior advisor in the Talent area for the TECA program. He began collaborating with BFA Global on the FinnSalud project and is currently participating in the first Wave of TECA with the BFA Global Kenya team. He supports both the process of finding founders and building teams to form future startups.
In the last 25 years, Alfredo has focused his professional work on the development of leaders and teams, with different multinational companies and public organizations, in Chile, Argentina, Mexico and Spain. After training and acquiring vast experience in different areas of organizational management and entrepreneurship, Alfredo puts into practice a comprehensive accompaniment, merging different knowledge, models and skills related to people development, such as systemic coaching, agile Frameworks, agile leadership, collective intelligence, among others. In this merger process and given his academic training, he currently defines himself as a “team architect”.
Alfredo studied architecture at the University of Chile, has a Master's Degree in People and Organization Development, is an Executive and Systemic Team Coach certified PCC by ICF, Agile People Coach, ICAgile Instructor, Scrum Master, Management 3.0 Trainer, and Facilitator of Design Thinking processes.
