Most recently, she worked at Kubo Financiero as Digital Transformation Director, leading fintech product innovation and achieving a 30% increase in product activation. Before this, Aline led global market expansion at International Personal Finance, launching operations in Mexico and managing teams across nine markets.
Her areas of expertise include venture building, financial health, climate resilience, digital transformation, and sustainable business development, particularly within the fintech, marine-coastal ecosystems, and emerging markets sectors.
