Clement is the Regional Administrator for Africa at BFA Global. He works closely with the HR and Finance teams while overseeing operations at the Nairobi office. Clement ensures smooth administrative coordination and office management while supporting regional operations to create an enabling environment for the team’s work.
Before joining BFA Global, Clement worked as an administrator at a sports club for six years, where he oversaw session planning, budgeting for sports events, and client invoicing. He previously spent ten years in the hotel industry in roles such as Receptionist, Cashier, and Accounts Assistant, where he gained substantial expertise in customer service, financial management, and operational support.
His areas of expertise include administration and office operations, finance, administrative support, human resources support, and client service and relationship management. Clement holds certificates in Human Resource (CHRM College), Online Monitoring and Evaluation (Allisons), and Computerized Accounting (Bridge College). He is fluent in English and Kiswahili.
