Erika is the Assistant Controller at BFA Global. She oversees the consolidated monthly closing process, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the annual audit with the CPA firm. She is also responsible for preparing the monthly financial package and ensuring compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
Erika originally worked at BFA Global from July 2017 to early 2021. During her career, she gained extensive accounting experience across the insurance, market intelligence, and financial services sectors. Her most recent role, before re-joining BFA Global, was at Kasasa, a third-party service provider for community financial institutions, where she effectively managed the month-end close process and acted as the primary liaison for external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Erika holds a BS in Accounting from Northeastern University and an MBA from Fitchburg State University.
