Faith is a Consulting Associate at BFA Global, where she leads high-impact projects that advance inclusive finance, digital livelihoods, gender equity, and MSME growth across emerging markets. She works with clients and cross-functional teams to shape strategy, oversee complex initiatives, and translate evidence into actionable insights that inform policy and practice.

At BFA Global, Faith has led research and strategy initiatives for partners including FSD Kenya, Shell Foundation, the World Bank, and Mastercard Foundation. Her portfolio spans SME growth and job creation, expanding digital connectivity and adoption, and examining the role of digital platforms in building inclusive and meaningful livelihoods, particularly for women and forcibly displaced populations. Through these initiatives, she has demonstrated her ability to lead teams, foster cross-sector collaboration, and drive inclusive economic growth.

Before joining BFA Global, Faith worked as an independent consultant with organizations such as the World Bank, CGAP, and GRID Impact, where she focused on digital identification, financial inclusion, fintech, and women’s economic empowerment. In these roles, she also designed and facilitated workshops that brought together governments, development partners, and private-sector stakeholders to co-create strategies and programs. She brings extensive experience across international development and technology sectors, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa and other emerging markets.

Faith holds a Master of Law and Diplomacy (MALD) from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where she specialized in Development Economics and Business for Social Impact, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations from Bowdoin College. She is fluent in English and Kiswahili, with working proficiency in French.
