Lyn is the Chief Finance Officer at BFA Global. Lyn has significant financial management and operational experience in both private equity and operating companies. She has held positions at Advent International Corporation and Summit Partners, where she was responsible for the financial management of the management company and funds, including tax, treasury and financial planning. Lyn has been the CFO of operating companies in the technology sector and has implemented corporate infrastructure, led and managed M&A, raised venture and debt financing, leading to successful exits to publicly traded companies. Lyn has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and MBA from Northeastern University.
