Maureen is the Program Operations Manager at BFA Global’s Catalyst Fund, where she drives program operations for climate innovation initiatives across Africa. She manages multi-stakeholder projects such as the GEF-funded Acceleration of Financial and Technology-Enabled Climate Resilience Solutions Program and FSD Africa’s Catalysing Climate Resilience Initiative, supporting early-stage ventures that deliver high-impact climate solutions for vulnerable communities.
Maureen ensures operational excellence, manages donor and partner relations, and supports her team in meeting program targets. Previously, she was a Project Management Associate at BDO East Africa, where she strengthened transparency, accountability, and compliance in project operations and ensured project expenditures and procurement aligned with internal and donor requirements.
Her areas of expertise include project management, program operations, and stakeholder engagement. Maureen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting) and is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K).
