Maureen is a Program Operations Manager at BFA Global. Previously, she was a Project Management Associate at BDO East Africa. Her responsibilities included managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring project deliverables were completed on time, within budget and to stakeholder satisfaction. Her role also extended to developing project plans, timelines and budgets, and managing project risks among other Project management-related functions.
Maureen has two years' experience in Project management and holds both an undergraduate degree in Commerce, having specialized in Accounting from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and professional certification from KASNEB as a certified Accountant of Kenya (CPA). Maureen is enthusiastic about sharing her ideas and working together with everyone to achieve meaningful and long-lasting outcomes.
