Michel is the Executive Assistant at BFA Global, who supports the Executive Directors', Michelle and Peter, in driving BFA Global’s strategic priorities forward. She plays a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of leadership's schedules, communications, and priorities, enabling the team to focus on advancing BFA Global's mission.
Prior to this role, Michel worked as a Front-End Developer focused on UX/UI at the Institute of Design and Innovation, bringing a strong technical and design-oriented perspective to her work. This background, combined with her naturally driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized approach, allows her to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and keep the executives she supports operating at their best.
Michel holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from KCA University and is conversant in English and German.
