Mide is a Senior Venture Builder with the Jobtech Alliance, where he works closely with portfolio startups to drive product innovation, financial sustainability, and scale. He provides hands-on support to founders in areas such as business model refinement, fundraising, go-to-market strategies, and partnership development, helping them lay strong foundations for growth.
Previously, Mide served as Head of Entrepreneur Investment, Selection, and growth at Endeavor, a global growth-stage fund supporting high-impact entrepreneurs across 42 countries to scale and exit. He also spent over a decade in management consulting, leading strategic initiatives across the U.S. and European markets. As a former founder who built and successfully exited a startup, he brings firsthand entrepreneurial experience to his work with startups today.
His areas of expertise include early-stage venture building, financial modeling, market expansion, business model refinement, fundraising, investor readiness, and climate and digital infrastructure startups. Mide holds an MA from Harvard University, a Master of Science in Engineering & Technology Management, and a Bachelor in Construction Engineering Technology from Louisiana Tech University.
