June is the Assistant Manager, HR Operations at BFA Global, where she supports the broader organization in ensuring high-quality, efficient, and compliant HR operations. Her role combines hands-on execution with process ownership, coordination, and continuous improvement while acting as a trusted operations partner to employees and managers across departments, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and strong employee experience across geographies.
Most recently, she worked at Africa Data Centres where she led HR operations across East, West, and Southern Africa, supporting full-cycle recruitment, payroll coordination, performance management, learning and development, and compliance while partnering with leadership on driving initiatives that support organizational effectiveness. She also played a key role in enhancing employee engagement and streamlining HR service delivery.
June has extensive experience in human resource management. Her areas of expertise include building efficient HR processes, strengthening employee experience, and ensuring compliance across multiple geographies.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resource Management) from Strathmore University and is a Certified Human Resource Professional from the Human Resource Management Professionals Examination Board of Kenya.
