Patricia is a Project Manager at BFA Global, where she supports the Livelihoods Impact Fund (LIF) and contributes to the design and delivery of initiatives aimed at catalyzing job creation and strengthening livelihoods through high-impact market systems.
In this role, she works closely with cross-functional teams and partners to support strategic planning, program implementation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects. Patricia contributes to developing tools, insights, and coordination processes that enhance program effectiveness and supports collaboration with funders, implementers, and ecosystem actors to ensure delivery against project objectives.
Prior to joining BFA Global, she worked in strategy consulting, supporting large-scale workforce development and private-sector-led programs, including initiatives focused on skills development and employment creation. She also brings experience as an entrepreneur in the agribusiness sector, which shaped her strong interest in sustainable livelihoods, inclusive growth, and market-driven solutions. In addition, she has a solid foundation in community engagement, communications, and program operations within regional and global development organizations.
Patricia holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Strathmore University and a certificate in International Affairs and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris. She is fluent in spoken and written English and Kiswahili.
