Sana is the Senior HR Manager for BFA Global based in Delhi, India. As HR Manager, she manages people function across the geographies for the BFA Global entities and PEO (Professional Employer Organization). Her responsibilities include recruitment, regulatory and labour law compliance, maintaining personnel records and HR documents, team onboarding, yearly appraisal, and maintaining internal databases. She has multi-domain experience in Human Resource Management, Investor Relations, and Project Management. Her expertise spans across Private Equity, Education, and Mega-Events sectors. Prior to joining BFA, Sana worked for startup and project-based ventures. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Pune, India, and an Executive Program in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta.
