Sana is the Senior Human Resource Manager, BFA Global, where she leads HR strategy across multiple geographies, including LATAM, the U.S., Europe, and Asia. She partners with leadership to design and implement global HR policies, manage talent acquisition, lead organizational culture initiatives, and oversee employee relations and compliance. Sana is passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams and aligning HR practices with organizational growth and impact.
Most recently, she has been driving HR transformation at BFA Global, managing global compensation frameworks, ensuring transparent execution of HR strategies, facilitating employee engagement, and overseeing compliance across regions. She also played a key role in setting up the BFA India entity, leading its legal, regulatory, and operational structuring. Previously, she served as Human Resource Coordinator at Fire Capital Fund (Private Equity), managing HR for 250+ employees across PAN-India and designing organizational structures, compensation strategies, and performance systems.
Earlier in her career, Sana was Project Officer, Technology with the Organizing Committee of the Commonwealth Games (Pune 2008 and Delhi 2010), where she managed recruitment of 200+ employees and 250+ volunteers, stakeholder integration across 34 functional areas, and HR frameworks for over 450 staff and volunteers. She began her career in education and training centers, holding roles in HR, business development, and operations management. Her expertise spans recruitment and talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, succession planning and compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Botany from Modern College of Science, Pune, and an Executive Program in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and Project Management from IIT Delhi.
