Sheila is the Head of People Strategy and Culture at BFA Global. As a key member of the Management Team, Sheila is responsible for leading efforts to shape BFA Global's people strategy and foster a thriving company culture across all global locations. She is passionate about data-driven decision-making, talent analytics, organizational culture and change, and talent management.

As a strategic HR leader with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries and sectors, Sheila brings a wealth of experience to her current role. Before joining BFA Global, she was the Global Director for Culture, Organizational Design, and Effectiveness at Living Goods. This organization works with partners to digitally empower community health workers to deliver on-demand, life-saving care to families in need. Sheila's career journey also includes notable tenures at Safaricom and The Coca-Cola Company, among other influential organizations.

Sheila has a solid background in information systems, financial accounting, and project/programme management that complements her experience. She graduated with an MBA in Management Science (operations research) from California State University, Fullerton, and a BSc in Business Administration from American University, Washington DC.
