Thabiso is the CFO at BFA Global, where she oversees financial strategy, investor relations, and reporting governance for both BFA Global and the Catalyst Fund.
Prior to joining BFA, she was the CFO at 54 Collective, managing a budget of over $100 million, directing financial strategy, and deploying capital into early-stage tech startups across Africa, the UK, and the US.
Before that, Thabiso held dual roles as CFO/COO at Aluwani Capital Partners and Mineral Services Group, where she led finance and operations while driving market expansion initiatives across Southern Africa. She has also been at the forefront of DEI, ESG, and impact development strategies.
Thabiso is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
