Wreford is the Project Finance Manager at BFA Global. He is responsible for project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and contracting oversight. He works closely with teams to manage costs, improve project profitability, and align delivery with financial goals, while also supporting leadership with financial insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Previously, Wreford built experience across consulting, eCommerce, and venture-backed organizations, where he focused on translating strategy into execution. He has led initiatives to strengthen planning processes, improve performance management, and build systems that help teams operate more effectively in fast-paced environments. Over the course of his career, he has partnered with senior leadership to drive growth, improve financial performance, and scale operations through a structured, data-driven, and collaborative approach.
Prior to joining BFA Global, Wreford served as Business Manager at 54 Collective, Operational and Business Insights Lead at Wasoko, and Management Consultant at KPMG and PwC.
His areas of expertise include project management, financial planning and analysis, data analytics and business intelligence, business analysis, strategy, and operational excellence. Wreford holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
