About the Role

The Manager, Executive Office is responsible for providing comprehensive support to BFA Global’s CEO and the Catalyst Fund’s Managing Partner (BFA Global’s impact VC fund), ensuring these executives can function optimally to deliver smooth operations, effective communication and strategic alignment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional proactivity, outstanding writing and analytical skills, and a strong commitment to BFA Global’s mission. Additionally, discretion and trustworthiness are crucial for success in this role.

Anticipated Start Date: Immediate

Preferred location: Boston, U.S.; Delhi, India; London, U.K.; or Nairobi, Kenya.

Candidates must have local work authorization. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. If based in the US, you will have work hours compatible with the location of the CEO and Managing Partner, i.e. Kenya and France, or may be required to move to Kenya/UK.
