Leticia is a Senior Advisor for FinnSalud, BFA Global’s flagship financial health program, based in Mexico City. Leticia is Certified as an ExO Consultant, working with companies and governments to leverage disruptive technologies to solve their most pressing problems. Her experience and focus on digital transformation and innovation uniquely qualify her to advise the program and its partners around agile experiments, digitization, and product design. In particular, she leverages her prior scenario-building to advise on the agile scenario planning in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on program stakeholders in Mexico. As the founder and CEO of Máquina, Leticia worked with Mexico’s largest insurance broker, reinsurers and insurers to launch Latin America’s first insurance and pensions innovation lab specializing in their disruption through technology. She is also one of the founders and partners of Impact Hub Mexico City that provides a unique platform for collaboration for high impact entrepreneurs in Mexico by giving them access to a dynamic workspace and a network of local and global contacts and resources.

Leticia has received multiple awards and recognition for her work and was named one of Mexico’s Most Powerful Women by Forbes Magazine. She holds two bachelor’s degrees from ITAM in Mexico City (International Relations 2004 and Economics 2005), two M.Sc. degrees from the University of California Davis A Community Development 2008 and Agricultural and Resource Economics 2008), and is a graduate of the Global Solutions Program at Singularity University (2013).
