Jobtech Alliance is an ecosystem-building initiative that advances inclusive jobtech in Africa. Launched in 2021, it supports digital platforms that connect people, especially youth, to work opportunities that foster meaningful livelihoods. Climate and Finance Innovations Alliance (ClimaFii) is a five-year initiative by Shell Foundation, Accion, BFA Global, and Upaya Social Ventures that supports climate enterprises in sub-Saharan Africa and India. The program helps startups and SMEs scale climate-smart technologies for microentrepreneurs through grant support, venture building, credit pilots, and pathways to follow-on funding, making clean energy solutions more accessible and inclusive.
