Previously, Caroline led enterprise development initiatives for the County Government of Laikipia, providing managerial oversight and technical leadership for SME development and private sector investment strategies. Before that, at the National Industrial Training Authority, she coordinated the Kenya Youth Employment and Opportunities Project in Nairobi and Mombasa counties, implementing systematic monitoring and evaluation frameworks and achieving successful placement outcomes for youth.
