Communications & Influence Analyst

Grace is a Communications & Influence Analyst at BFA Global, where she focuses on driving strategic communications that amplify the organization's impact across global development, climate, and financial inclusion ecosystems. She supports the design and execution of communications strategies spanning social media management, website oversight, project communications, event planning and promotion, digital campaigns, and thought leadership content. Grace manages the social media channels for BFA Global, Catalyst Fund, CIFAR Alliance, and the Jobtech for Refugees Community of Practice, creating engaging narratives that connect with diverse audiences.

Previously, Grace worked with KCIC Consulting (Kenya Climate Innovation Centre), where she partnered with project leaders to deliver communications across project lifecycles, maintained digital platforms, and developed project reports and editorial content. Her areas of expertise include strategic communications, digital and social media management, content strategy and development, event communications and campaign management, project communications and stakeholder engagement, website and editorial management, and brand storytelling and thought leadership.

Grace holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Media, and Communication from Moi University (Second Class Upper Honours) and a Master's degree in Communication (Development Communication) from Daystar University. She also holds a certificate in Advocacy for Health Policy from the Red Cross and a Global Health Monitoring and evaluation certificate from The Global Health Fellows Program II.
