Juan Jaramillo
Data Scientist
Juan is a Data Scientist at BFA Global. He has worked in a variety of industries on projects related to data science and risk management. Prior to joining BFA, Juan worked at PwC as a Financial Risk Senior Consultant. He has also been involved in software and data-driven companies in Europe and Latin America.
Juan has a strong background in quantitative analysis and expertise in data engineering, exploration and analysis, deployment of machine learning models, financial risk modeling, regulatory frameworks and financial analysis. Juan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes (Bogota, Colombia) and an MSc in Quantitative Finance from AFI Escuela de Finanzas (Madrid, Spain).
