BFA Global worked in collaboration with Oxford Policy Management and MicroSave in selecting and supporting high-potential FSPs in Ghana, Zambia and Tanzania to implement new business models around the concept of savings groups to deliver financial services to individuals who only have access to informal ones. In this regard, BFA Global developed supply-side strategies for financial institutions, alone or in partnership with other institutions or savings group promoters, as well as a pro-forma business case for the emerging linkage models.
