We conducted an extensive survey with Financial Service Providers (FSPs) in Latin America and East Africa to understand how they are navigating climate risks and incorporating gender-sensitive strategies into their operations. This report reveals the insights and experiences of institutions across Mexico, Brazil, Kenya, Senegal, and more, highlighting their efforts to manage climate challenges, develop climate-smart products, and enhance disaster preparedness. It also identifies key barriers, such as limited financial resources and technical expertise, while uncovering emerging opportunities for growth and innovation in climate action.
