Financial health of the customers of selected inclusive fintech startups at the time of the global COVID-19 pandemic

This study is titled, Financial health of customers of selected inclusive fintech startups at the time of the global COVID-19 pandemic. Participation in the study is restricted to customers of companies selected by Catalyst Fund and MIX. The study will be conducted through a web survey during the months of June, July, and August 2020. Analysis will be complete in the months of July and August 2020. Respondents will be invited to participate by the companies participating in the research effort.

Participation in the study is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time without penalty. The survey consists of answering a short list of questions through a web browser, mostly in multiple-choice format. The duration of the survey is less than five minutes for most respondents.

Reasonable efforts have been made to ensure that each individual’s responses are confidential. No personally identifying information is collected as part of this survey. Survey data will be handled by a consultancy, BFA Global. BFA Global operates a cloud-based technology FocusVision Decipher to ensure that individual survey responses are kept private and confidential. The research team makes a reasonable effort to protect against accidental disclosure of survey responses to any third parties.
