Consultant; TECA Program Manager & Talent Lead

Shivani is a Consultant at BFA Global, with an active role as the TECA Program Manager & Talent Lead. TECA is a global accelerator and entrepreneurship program funded by Financial Sector Deepening Africa (FSDA), which supports early-stage inclusive fintech for climate resilience startups and future entrepreneurs in creating solutions for underserved customers in emerging markets. Shivani’s role is to identify key talent gaps within our companies, support them with talent management and source for new talent and future entrepreneurs.

Prior to this role, she supported the Program Director and Program Manager of Catalyst Fund to ensure optimal day-to-day administrative and financial functions, build relationships with the partners and startups and support with the coordination of internal and external activities. Shivani holds a BSc Honors in Investment and Financial risk management from Cass Business School London.
