CEP FAS App Demo: Helping Clients Save for the Future

CEP, and microfinance institution in Vietnam, wanted to help its clients build resilience for the long-term future. Loan officers faced difficulty in advising on savings plans given the wide variation in customers’ needs. CEP launched a financial advisory services app that helps field staff communicate the benefits of long-term savings to clients, and advise them on the best savings plans to achieve their life goals. This video demonstrates how the app works and highlights its impact as a tool for client goals.
