SAJIDA Foundation Digital Onboarding Experience Demo
SAJIDA Foundation is a non-profit providing microfinance services to low-income customers in Bangladesh. Customers are able to borrow from small general-purpose loans to larger credits for enterprise ventures. The non-profit’s paper-based system was inefficient, involved many steps that were inconvenient for its microentrepreneur clientele, and its assessments varied across branches. SAJIDA needed a more efficient and streamlined system with standardized systems. OPTIX worked with the foundation to build a microenterprise loan solution that allowed loan officers to bring and collect information in the field. This video demonstrates the key areas of this new digital onboarding solution developed by OPTIX.
